Michael M. Shultz has successfully represented clients in employment law issues for over 20 years.  Mike graduated first in his law school class at the University of Utah, where he was a Marriner S. Eccles Fellow in Political Economy.  In addition to working in private practice and for local governments, Mr. Shultz was a professor of law for six years at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law from 1986 through 1992.  He has written dozens of articles on legal topics and beeen a frequent speaker at conferences throughout the United States.   He is committed to representing the rights of Kansas employees.
